Crane structure

•The main beam adopts European box beam structure design, which is light in weight and reasonable in structure;

• Made of a whole plate without butt welds, it is stronger than spliced main beams;

•The vertical deflection is 1/800, and the web camber is cut from the entire plate using CNC cutting with high precision;

• Submerged arc automatic welding and non-destructive flaw detection are adopted.

• The steel plate material is Q235B; epoxy zinc-rich paint, thickness 120um.

End beam section

•The end beam adopts hinged flexible design to avoid "three-legged" operation;

•The wheel hub adopts boring form to ensure accuracy and fit tolerance;

•Each end beam is equipped with double rim wheels, buffers, drive protection and

Anti-derailment protection device, safe and guaranteed;

•The main beam and end beam are connected with grade 10.9 high-strength bolts to ensure the structural strength and accuracy of the entire machine.；

Hoist assembly

•The cross beams and load-bearing beams of the double-beam trolley are flexibly articulated; avoiding "three Legs" run；

• Four-in-one integrated design of motor + brake + reduction gearbox + limit switch, compact structure;；

•The trolley frame is equipped with safety hooks to prevent derailment；

•All transmission mechanisms have high transmission efficiency, high assembly precision and are maintenance-free.；

• The working grade is A6, the protection grade is 1P55, and the insulation grade is H. It is dustproof and waterproof, improving the safety level.

Electronic control system

1、Using Schneider/ABB electrical components, the service life is up to 5 million times;

2、Equipped with Schneider vector frequency converter to achieve stepless deceleration and accurate positioning;

3、Built-in conduction protection, voltage loss protection, grounding protection, etc.;

4、Protection grade 1P55, with waterproof and dustproof protection functions. Ambient temperature: <45℃, humidity <90%;

5、The electrical control box wiring adopts international standard aviation sockets, so there is no risk of disconnection.
